Scott Try upgrading the wireless AP firmware - had this on an older Netgear AP in a sinilar setup (2 * XP, 1 * W2k, 1* W98), and it fixed it. We also noticed the XP laptops got worse after upgrading the MA401 firmware - if your system behaved similarly, then check the firmware upgrades out at Netgear.
